A routine inspection of food premises: - Coolers 4C or colder; Freezers -18C or colder - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Chlorine bleach available for use as food-contact surface sanitizer - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and rack. - Only food service being utilized at time of inspection is ice cream by the scoop (hot dogs, nachos, pizza warmer currently not in use) - Dipper well for scooped ice cream is operational, but not in use at time of inspection. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - No sanitation concerns noted - No pest activity observed at time of inspection.
