-hand sinks fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -dishwasher at 50ppm Chlorine -general sanitation good -temp logs daily for cooking temps as well as fridges, however beverage cooler with bottled pop and water etc is not included -sink and surface sanitizer at >272ppm *Beverage cooler at 18C however no potential hazardous products being stored in the cooler. All products are refrigerate after opening or no refrigeration required. Ensure no potential hazardous products are stored in the cooler until is is repaired/adjusted
