Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Mildew observed on the plastic plate inside the ice machine. Ice scoop stored on a dusty surface on top of the ice machine.
2. Two knives stored in the gap between prep table and under the counter cooler. Food debris build-up observed in the gap.
Correction: 1.Clean and sanitize the interior and the door of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch of ice after sanitizing the machine. Stored ice scoop in a sanitary container. Correct by: immediately.
2. Clean and sanitize aforementioned knivies before using them. Stored knives in a sanitary container that is made from non-porous material. DO NOT stored knives in between gaps. Corrected during inspection.

Follow-up inspection:
- Walk-in cooler at 3C.
- Ice machine and scoop maintained in sanitary condition.
- 200 ppm Chlorine sanitizer available in buckets.
- Knives were cleaned and maintained in sanitary condition.
- Hand washing station at the back entrance were unclogged and drains properly. No leaking were observed from the drain pipe.
