Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher showing no residual chlorine sanitizer on dishware.

NOTE: workers are unable to locate the Chlorine Test Strips
Corrective Action(s): Repair the glasswasher

Use the main dishwasher in the meantime

Obtain Chlorine Test Strips for daily monitoring of the washers

Observation: Back storage room has old dropping next to oil boxes, behind freezer, roller cart.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store the oil boxes on the floor -use your shelves to facilitate cleaning and monitoring of pests

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access

Follow-up inspection this Friday: have your Food Safety and Sanitation Plan available for review -all new workers must be reviewing these plans as part of their training
