Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observation:
- No signs of fruit flies or any other pests observed during time of inspection
- Fruit fly traps with vinegar have been installed. Ensure no pesticides/chemicals are used in any food prep/storage areas. Additional sticky yellow tape traps may be placed around the kitchen if fruit flies are observed in the future. Pest control may also be contacted. To prevent fruit flies from harboring/breeding, ensure all organics are removed off premises at least once daily (or as per approved sanitation plan) and ensure the premises is maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Hand washing station in back supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory during time of inspection
- Health operating permit observed posted in a conspicuous location on premises
- All food observed protected from contamination (at least 6 inches off the floor and covered)
- Any potentially hazardous foods stored in the display cooler are labelled not to be served
- Nanaimo bars for sale are stored at 4'C in the sandwich cooler in the front service area.
