The following items have been corrected:
-->Walk-in cooler is now at 2.4oC
-->A new prep cooler is installed at the cooking line, replacing the prep table
-->A new floor plan has been provided with the new change
-->Temperature of prep. cooler is at 1.2oC
-->Most areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition


Still outstanding:
-->Minor cleaning is still required: a) floor around dishwashing area; b) floor under grill; c) floor on back hallway. It is operator's responsibility to check all areas after staff cleans.

Temperature log is provided for review. Ensure all staff (front and kitchen) know where temperature log is located.

Closure order rescinded. Facility is granted approval to re-open.

This is the fourth consecutive high hazard rating routine inspection in facility. If facility receives another high hazard rating routine inspection within a year, menu will be reduced to help operator to achieve low/moderate hazard rating.
