Follow-up to routine inspection report # MBEK-CLMVM3.
Hand sinks are easily-accessible, and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. No items (such as utensils) were observed within the hand sinks.
No cloth towel(s) observed hanging near hand sinks. Hook located near kitchen hand sink, on which a cloth towel was previously observed, has been removed.
No hand hygiene concerns observed during inspection.
Hot holding internal food temperature measured at 60 degrees C or more.
Proper thawing practices observed (raw meat was thawing at bottom of upright glass door cooler during inspection).
Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition.
Premises has been cleaned and sanitized. Storage areas have been organized.
Countertop fryer not observed on the premises.
Correction order rescinded.
