Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No paper towel was available at the front handwash station (by door to back of house) at the start of the inspection.
2. Paper towel was stuck in the dispenser by the bbq hot hold unit.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff reloaded the paper towel dispenser during the inspection.
2. Paper towel was made available by this handwash station. Operator will be purchasing a new paper towel dispenser for this station.

Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-D27UAD
200 PPM chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer spray bottle by the front handwash station.
100 PPM chlorine residual detected at the low temperature dish washer.
Meat slicer noted in a sanitary condition.
Hot and cold running water was available at the hand wash station by the walk-in cooler.
Paper towel was available at the handwash station in the men's washroom.
Food in the walk-in cooler was stored covered.
Only one improper container was noted used and stored within the bulk food containers - please remove this and use proper dispensers with handles.
Cleanliness noted improved in the areas requiring attention as noted in the previous report.
Water faucets have been repaired. No leaking noted from the faucets during the inspection.

No further follow-up required.
