Kitchen used for catering preparation - private functions.
No food storage onsite. Food is brought in on day of or night before.
Food storage is in a domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -12 degrees C. Upright cooler at 4 degrees C.
2 compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
When in operation ensure a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for use. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Foodsafe requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit posted in lobby.
