Observation: Front hand wash sink near the cashier area was missing paper towel at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective action: Ensure all the hand wash sinks are fully equipped with paper towel, liquid soap, and hot/cold running water. Proper hand washing in food premises is very important in preventing contamination of food by food handlers. Contaminated food can lead to foodborne illnesses.

- Front small freezer near the drive through window (chicken) at -14C
- Front ice cream freezer near the drive through window at -8.9C
- Front cooler near the cashier area (milk) at 1.2C
- Hot holding (sausage) 60C or above
- Daily temperature logs available and up to date
- All units (freezers and coolers) are equipped with thermometers

Sanitation and Maintenance
- 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing with QUATS measured at 200ppm
- QUATS (in buckets) to sanitize the food contact surfaces measured at 200ppm
- Test strips available at the time of inspection

Day storage area
- Food is stored off the floor minimum 15cm
- Food is covered and no cleaning items present

- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection. Last pest control inspection was done a month before this inspection
