-Follow-up inspection to July 15, 2016.
-JK1 room cooler has been replaced and was at 4C.
-Kitchen coolers were at 4C and 5C.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle was properly labelled at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface. Minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing. Staff are recording both the wash and rinse temperatures on the record sheets.
-Facility will be adhering to approved food safety plan - office staff to be notified if temperatures exceed 4C.
