All outstanding items from routine inspection have been corrected: - Liquid soap dispenser in the washroom now in good working order. An extra hand sanitizer dispenser also installed just outside the washroom. - Operator has contacted Billing Dept. to obtain new decal for health permit - Hot holding for soup and mac & cheese was above 60 deg C (internal temp.). - Copy of staff's FoodSafe 1 certificate available on-site (expiry 2024).
