Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handwash station was hard to access due to obstruction (ie handbags). The handwash station lacked paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Clear the obstruction and make the handwash station easily accessible. Restock dispenser with new paper towels.

Comments

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Chlorine sanitizer available at 100ppm concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers (upright, display, undercounter): < or = 4C
- All freezers (upright): < or = -18C
- All refrigeration units equipped with working thermometers.
