Corrective Action(s): Empty remaining ice and thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machine. Ensure to remove soil and stain from the walls. Sanitize before making ice/. Pay attention to the exterior of the ice machine as well..

Observation: Limited number of fruit flies were observed at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to keep the back door closed so that pest can not enter the food area. Notify your Pest management company in order to provide you with adequate solution to the issue.

Observation: Walls, backsplashes, shelves and equipment are soiled and high touch surfaces are visibly greasy and soiled. Food debris observed under the equipment and tables throught the premise.
Corrective Action(s): - Throughly clean and sanitize high touch surfaces frequently.
- Wipe down backsplashes, walls and shelving.
- Remove food debris from underneath the equipments, tables and clean hard to reach areas.
- Clean and sanitize shelve inside walk-in cooler.
- Mop the floor more often so that it is not greasy and sticky.
- Organize wall shelves so that they are easily cleanable.
