Follow up to inspection report #KLIU-CQFSQX: > High temperature dishwasher has been converted into a low temperature unit. Please ensure the chlorine level remains at a minimum of 50ppm. > Facility is still using a sanitizer bucket for manual warewashing in the mean time. > New low temperature dishwasher is expected to arrive within the next 2 weeks. Update EHO with timeline for new dishwasher.
