Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3-compartment hot holding unit is placed right in front of paper towel dispenser at front handsink (next to cashier area), making it impossible to grab paper towel after handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsink amenities (ie. soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser) is accessible at all times. Staff has turned unit around to place unit next to paper towel dispenser at time of visit.

Observation: Mice activity is noted in facility - floor next to cashier and on floor along sandwich assembly line; under dishwashing area, etc. Pest control company is visiting twice a month.

2. Follow pest control company's recommnendations.
3. Ensure copy of pest control reports is available for review.
