-Premises maintained in sanitary condition.
-Handsink at service counter supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Washrooms supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Pass through/reach-in cooler at 4C (only beer stored in cooler)
-Pre-packaged potato chips sold. No food service occurring.
-Quats sanitizer 200ppm present in spray bottles for sanitizing counters and tables.
-Glasswasher operational. 12-25ppm iodine detected in rinse. Reviewed testing procedure with staff on duty. Test kit present for testing iodine level. Ensure this is tested daily prior to opening.
-Peracetic acid solution used to sanitize taps.
*As per previous report, sanitation procedures to be submitted which identifies cleaning and sanitizing agents used. Cleaning schedule is complete and present on-site.
