Walk in cooler, big display fridge and coke coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder.
Note: freezers believed to be on a defrost cycle at time of inspection. Ensure that they return to required temperature or address.
Ensure that temperature logs are being maintained for all coolers daily. To be corrected immediately.
Smaller open display cooler currently 9 degrees. Do not use for potentially hazardous foods unless capable of maintaining at 4 degrees C. or colder.
General sanitation of facility is overall good.
