Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 buckets of fish defrosting in water, 1 on the floor and 1 sitting on the sink
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that items are always being defrosted either under cold constantly running water, in the cooler or in the microwave.

Observation: Lots of flies downstairs, back door wide open and screen door has a large hole in it.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the screen door to it does not allow flies to enter or ensure sold door is closed at all times

Observation: Dirt, grime & grease build up through out the facility
Corrective Action(s): Extensive cleaning required in the following locations:
-Under the dishwasher and 2 compartment sink downstairs
-all floors upstairs and downstairs and stairways
-the floors inside the walk in cooler
-all shelves in walk in coolers, and dry storage area
-all cooler fronts, sides and handles
-upstairs shelves and trolley for food being used
-wall by gravy/sauces
-both hood vents are extremely greasey and due for professional cleaning Aug 1/21
-ice machine filters on the top of the machine needs to be cleaned as they are covered in dust and grime
