Containers were soaking in a sink of water. This is a repeat violation. Corrective Action(s): While in operation, bleach at 100ppm is required to properly disinfect equipment and utensils. 100ppm bleach was prepared at the time of inspection. Violation Score: 5

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Prep cooler has still not been repaired. Gap is still present between bottom storage and work table. This is a continuing violation. Corrective Action(s): Cooler must be repaired and all equipment must be maintained in good working order. Correction order has been issued for outstanding violation. Correction date: May 29, 2019 Violation Score: 9

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to April 26, 2019. -Staff member present with valid FoodSafe Level 1 (Exp 2022-09-16). -Repairs to prep cooler have not been carried out. Facility has been issued a Public Health act Correction Order to repair cooler unit and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order. Failure to comply with the Order may result in the issuance of a violation ticket. -Facility is undergoing renovations soon. Any physical changes to the facility may require health approval prior to completing renovations. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
