General -Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sinks -All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder with the exception of noted unit -All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder. - Bleach solution in spray bottle >100 ppm -General sanitation is very good -Good personal hygiene noted by staff * some rodent dropping noted in some areas ( mostly floor under equipment and corners), discussed putting more sticky traps and continue monitoring. * Operator reported re: renovation please submit details and time line via email to the area inspector.
