All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. Discussed calibration of thermometers with staff. No evidence of pests, pest control reports available on site. Quats solution was at 200 ppm. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory
