2) Kitchen handwash sink blocked by bucket of soaked bean sprouts

2) Remove items that are blocking access to a proper handwashing sink

Observation: Back hallway ventilation system has not been approved and appears dusty inside the ventilation shaft. Filters used are not designed for this makeshift ventilation system. This system takes air from the back door which is leading to the parking lot and is drawing it into the kitchen above the 3 compartment sink area.
Corrective Action(s): Call a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning technician or equivalent and ensure that the premises is equipped with suitable air quality according to the regulations and code. This statement is to be provided to the health inspector.

Observation: Observation of a brown gel like substance in the kitchen on shelf siding, under shelves and shelf holder brackets. This is mainly in the front prep cooler area. No signs of gel like substance contaminated food or food contact surfaces such as food packaging, dishes, etc...
Corrective Action(s): Pest control report dated Oct 21 2022 has no written documentation of pesticides that are used and a phone conversation with the pest control technician noted that seclira is used as a crack and crevice treatment. Maintain a sanitary food premises to ensure there is no contamination of food and food contact surfaces. Correction order issued.
