Observation: Mouse droppings observed no the floors in the corner near the hot holding units. Mouse dropping also observed on the storage units.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the mouse droppings with proper disinfectants. Contact the professional pest control company to evaluate and assess the pest activity. Submit the last two pest control summary reports to the health inspector.

- General sanitation needs improvement.
- Handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.

Temperature control:
- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- Hot holding unit was not in use at the time of the inspection. Ensure that the temperature maintains > or = 60C at all times.
- Thermometers available inside the refrigeration units.
