Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tomato paste observed to be stored in opened tin. Product covered with ziploc bag.
**Corrected during inspection** Product moved to food-grade container when identified.
Please re-educate staff on importance of not storing products in opened tin cans. Cans will rust and get into food.

Routine inspection conducted
Exterior gas burners observed under a closed canopy. Staff stated this was for tea and veg pakoras, used ~3-4 times a year.

Temperatures:
Upright freezer (Frigidaire): removed
Upright freezer (Beverage-air): -16.2°C
Upright cooler (Beverage-air): 1.8°C
Walk-in cooler: 1.4°C
Walk-in cooler (Outdoor): 7.8°C
No in use currently; no food stored inside

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
QUATS sanitizer not available from dispenser
Alternative sanitizer (bleach) to be used until dispenser is corrected.
Mix 1/2 tsp (2mL) unscented household bleach : 1L clean water
Measured 200ppm at inspection
High temperature dishwasher measured 85.8°C
2 compartment sinks equipped with hot/cold running water.
Sanitation of equipment / pots adequate
Overall sanitation of facility at time of inspection adequate.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
Facility keeps limited food in all storage areas to prevnt overstocking
Food products randomly inspected found to be within best before date.
