Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer bottle had over 200 ppm bleach. This can result in bleach staying on food contact surfaces and coming into contact with food. Note that 100ppm-200ppm of bleach is recommended, which is typically 1 tsp per liter.
Corrective Action(s): Refilled to 100 ppm.

-Operator plans on installing a new paper towel dispenser next to the hand washing sink.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Temperature records were up to date.
Hand sink is supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests, traps are in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
