-Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
-All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
-Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200ppm.
-Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50ppm chlorine at dish level.
-No food items stored onsite at the time of inspection.
-Gate for concession has now been installed.
-Any items not used for food service establishment have been removed.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
