Observation: Two live cockroaches noted in the empty cupboard next to the stove.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that this area is cleaned and that a pest control report is sent to Fraser Health. Bait, sticky traps and mouse traps observed in the kitchen and storage areas during the inspection.

Comments

-Updated cleaning procedures to be reviewed.
-Ensure that all foods are kept in sealed, pest proof containers. There are currently some foods that are not in pest proof containers.
-Ensure that pest control checks for entry points for mice and seals them. This includes installing door sweeps and/or metal plates on doors.

The dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation has improved.
