Digital display not functioning, max temp 42 C. Corrective Action(s): High temperature dishwasher is to be repaired to provide 71 C or hotter during sanitzing cycle. Until repaired all nondisposable utensils and dishware are to be manually cleaned and sanitized within the 2 compartment sink. Sanitizer sink to be maintained at 100 ppm chlorine, verified by test strip. All dishware to be immersed in sanitizer for 2 minutes prior to air drying. Violation Score: 15

Discussed customer complaint regarding an employee tasting a prepared beverage prior to handing beverage to customer. Staff product sampling may only be conducted when a portion of the beverage is dispensed to a separate single use cup, where the customer portion is not touched or potentially contaminated by the staff member. Handwashing facilities maintained. Premise sanitation satisfactory. Pest control program in place. Locker: left freezer - 15 C, right freezer - 18 C, 2 door cooler 3 C sandwich cooler 3 C, 2 door coffee prep cooler 4 C, 1 door prep cooler 3 C 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer provided for wiping rag storage.
