-Open can of soy sauce and stored in the fridge
Corrective Action(s): -Do not use bowls for bulk scoopers use scoopers lodged in the food handle up to minimize hand contact with the food

-Once a food can is opened empty out the contents into a washable container -the can will begin to rust and contaminate foods
