On Follow-up:
-Some cleaning has been done. One of the shelves in the storage room still had mice droppings on and behind a box. Discard this box. Clean all droppings using bleach solution. Make sure staff are doing a better job of cleaning the storage room. Pressure wash under the cooking equipment more often.
-The track lighting in the front has 6 lights. Operator has special ordered more. They should arrive later today. Ensure that there's at least 8 light bulbs on the track, if not more to have proper lighting in the sushi area. To be checked at the next inspection.
-Grill from the front has been removed from the premises.

Outstanding Items:
-New cook will be taking FS level 1 within a month's time. Keep a copy of his FS Certificate on-site. To be checked at the next inspection.
-Keep copies of the pest control service reports on-site. To be checked at the next inspection.
-REPLACE THE TWO CUTTING BOARDS IN THE SUSHI PREP AREA.
