2) One bucket of sanitizer measured at 100ppm by pop machine
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean and sanitize all utensils and container in dipper well. Ensure enough water is flowing through dipper well to remove cloudy water
2) Change sanitizer buckets to be maintained at 200-400ppm quats.
