Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer concentration for sanitizer in spray bottle (used in deli area for meat slicer) is again at 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was replaced with sanitizer solution automatically dispensed at janitor's sink. Corrected: New solution - 200ppm quats detected using test strip. Post instructions to staff and provide test strips to measure concentration as part of your sanitation plan. Use all chemicals according to label. All spray bottles to be accurately labelled (corrected during inspection).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli hand washing sink is not accessible for easy use by food handlers (sink filled with utensils, deli tray and garbage can stored in front of hand sink).
Corrective Action(s): Corrected: Garbage can moved and utensils moved to pot sink/clean up area. Recommend additional sink(s) in the deli area.

Observation: Uneven air temperature in walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Provide accurate fridge thermometer (recommend NSF approved) to be place in warmer sections of walk in cooler. Check fridge temperatures regularly and record daily.

Observation: Reach in under counter cooler in the deli - air and food temperatures are 6C.
Correction: Check this cooler and adjust/service if necessary so that all potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4 C/40F or colder. Keep daily records.
