Owner never use sanitizer for the scoops.. - Owner prepared 100ppm bleach onsite to sanitize scoops. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 15

- Overall sanitation was ok. - Walk in cooler < 4C. walk in freezer and display freezer for ice cream < or = -18C. - Randomly checked food Best Before Date, no expired product found during inspection. - All foods stored off floor. No food spill under the shelves. - No food processing observed onsite during inspection. - Pest control company Atlas was hired for store pest management. Note: Water dripping from the top of the door frame of the display cooler for cut okra at the far right side. Owner to call fridge service to fix the insulation rubber.
