Comments

General sanitation is good. All staff/visitors are required to wear steel toe boots, hair/beard net, and a lab coat. All staff/visitors are required to use the sanitary station to wash their hands before entering production facility. All hand sinks have hot/cold running water and are stocked with soap and paper towels. There was no signs of pests at the time of inspection. Pest control plan is in place. Low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm bleach on plate surface during sanitizing cycle.
