Observation: Some wall and ceiling paint is peeling off in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Scrap off the peeling and and re-seal. Do not store any uncovered food in these areas until the painting has been redone. To be corrected in the fall.

Observation: Handsink is currently not supplied with water.
Corrective Action(s): Staff informed that there is an issue with the pipe downstairs and it will be fixed in the next 3-4 days. The back kitchen two compartment sink can be used to wash hands in the interim.

Observation: No staff on site at time of inspection with FoodSafe. New staff member just started and works three days a week. The other staff member not on site today has FoodSafe.
Corrective Action(s): New staff member to obtain food safety training as soon as possible. Information for upcoming course in Boston Bar provided by EHO at time of inspection.
