- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels. - Sanitizer spray bottle tested and measure 200ppm QUAT >>> New spray bottles acquired, all labeled as sanitizer so staff knows what it is. - Vast improvement observed over the rodent issue. >>> Cleaning has been completed. Rodent droppings decreased significantly. >>> Operator stated that they have been deep cleaning and catching more rodents. >>> Most equipment now on wheels so it can be moved and the back can be cleaned. >>> No more bags of flour observed on the floor.
