Observation:
- Handsink on right side of front service area is not draining properly (Handsink in drive thru area available for use in the interim)
- Water is leaking in bottom compartment of sandwich cooler (No food was stored in this area)
- Beverage cooler was operating at 8 - 9 deg.C
External gauge was reading 39C

Corrective action required
Repair all equipment outlined above so that it is in good working order. Do not store any potentially hazardous food/beverages (ie milk) in beverage cooler until it is repaired and maintaining a temperature of 4C or colder

Inspection in response to ownership change
Health approval application submitted + copy of certificate of incorporation.
Copy of Operator's Foodsafe level 1 equivalent certificate viewed at time of inspection and copies of staff Foodsafe certificates present on site.
Operator has contacted Billing Dept for payment of permit fee.
- General sanitation of premises and equipment was satisfactory.
- Handsinks were supplied with hot + cold running water liquid soap + paper towel. See violation 308 regarding front right service area.
- High temperature dishwasher was operational. Final rinse temperature was 79C at dish surface.
- Quats sanitizer from dispenser at warewashing sinks was 200ppm. Quats sanitizer present at stations in buckets with wiping cloths. Concentration of solution was checked and all were 200ppm.
- Walk in cooler was at 4C
- Walk in freezer was at -15C
- Sandwich cooler was initially 6C, however decreased to 4C
- Egg cooler was 2C
- Hot holding of potentially hazardous foods was > 60 deg.C
- Chili 63C, 67C
- Potato wedges 69C
- Hashbrowns 74C
- Sausage 77C
