A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- General sanitation is adequate. No signs of pests.
- 3-compartment sink present for warewashing.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on wire shelving units.
- Walls painted 20 feet up.
- Space is now shared with Jason Webb's mobile food trucks (Mr. Ken's Mini Donuts and Canadian Kettle Korn Extreme). Foods separated from each company.
- Jason Webb is proposing to build an enclosed room to pop kettle corn in the space. Ensure floor plans are submitted to the City of Port Coquitlam and our office for review and approval, prior to doing any construction.
