Follow up inspection conducted to verify that violations observed during routine inspection have been corrected. - Handwashing sinks in coffee/tea preparation area and in food preparation area were accessible and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel - Food was stored in a manner to protect it from contamination. Raw eggs were stored on lowest level of cooler. Packages of food were tightly closed. Note: Pest proof container which can seal tightly are recommended for storage of dry goods. - Food preparation area has been cleaned and organized. Floor is clean and items which were stored on the floor have been moved and are stored in acceptable locations. Items are no longer stored on top of grease trap. Ensure food preparation and storage areas are maintained in sanitary condition. - Shaved ice maker has been removed from premises.
