Tap noted on previous report has been repaired. - No items stored under central kitchen hand sink. No leakage from under hand sink observed at time of inspection. - Food items observed to be covered. No opened cans of food observed. - Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm from dispensing unit and in labeled spray bottles. - Back door observed to be closed at time of inspection.
