-Follow up inspection required for the glasswasher. -Ensure that the pest control reports are kept on site. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Equipment appeared to be clean. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 76 C at the plate level. General sanitation was satisfactory.
