Observation: - During time of inspection:
1) facility was cluttered in back storage room
2) debris accumulation also observed in hard to reach areas (i.e., behind chest freezers)
3) Drywall in filtration room has what appears to be mould at supply line
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure that facility is de-cluttered
2) Remove any debris accumulation and focus on hard to reach areas
3) Repair leak and replace drywall in this area, ensure treatment area is protected from contamination during repair

- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (73.7C)

- Bleach available on-site, operator informs that 100ppm bleach solution used to sanitize facility
- Operator informed that filtration system recently serviced, operator to email Environmental Health Officer invoice
- Filling stations appear to be maintained in sanitary condition
