Follow up inspection of bar: - Thermometers are in all coolers. - Hot and cold water provided at the double sink and hand sink. - Paper towels provided at the hand sink. - Test strips are available for measuring quats sanitizer. - Spray bottle labelled during inspection. - Glassware washer has sanitizer in the final rinse water. Test strips available (measure 12.5ppm). Also suggest date marking chemical bottle as discussed. - Pest control - ok. Copy of this report to be emailed to operator.
