Comments

- Ventilation canopy and cooking equipment scheduled for professional cleaning on March 13th. Email copy of cleaning invoice to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca
- All food stored in coolers and dry storage areas are now properly covered.
- All floors have been cleaned. No new signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Staff stated pest control operator was on-site yesterday (March 7th). Invoice was not available for review. Email copy of pest control invoice to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca
- No frozen food thawing out at room temperature. Good.
- Storage rack for clean equipment satisfactory. Knives and bin used to store knives were maintained in sanitary condition.
- Tin foil for serving trays for hot plates have been replaced. **Ensure foil is changed after each use/service - do not reuse.
