Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for sanitizing food contact surfaces and cleaning large equipment. Clean in place for large equipment.
200ppm quats dispensed at the 2 compartment sink.
Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -14 degrees C. At the time of inspection walk in freezer was coming out of defrost cycle.
Under the counter cooler for cake decorating at 0-2 degrees C.
Display cooler at 4 degrees C.
Retail area cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
