Confirmed the ownership. Self serving area is well organized. 2 compartment sink is utilized for daily clean up. Just ensure to use approved sanitizer around the food storage area and food serving area. Janitorial facility - at the back - well organized.Daily clean up is done at night shift. Sandwich cooler and walk in cooler - air temperature measured below 4C
