Leak is from the faulty faucet. Correction: Please replace the faucet so that there is hot and cold running water available for handwashing. Complete in 2 weeks.

Reach in cooler remains at 4C. Hot holding unit has been replaced, teriyaki sauce was measured at 62C. Ceiling light over sushi bar has been replaced. Mice droppings in affected areas have been picked up. Faucet for washrooms have been repaired so that there is hot and cold running water available. Bleach sanitizer available, reminder to change more frequently.
