Observation: Hot water has been turned off in men's and women's washroom due to leak as informed by operator. Leak is from the faulty faucet.
Correction: Please replace the faucet so that there is hot and cold running water available for handwashing. Complete in 2 weeks.

Hot holding unit has been replaced, teriyaki sauce was measured at 62C.
Ceiling light over sushi bar has been replaced.
Mice droppings in affected areas have been picked up.
