Large amount of rodent droppings in between walk in cooler and south wall. 3. Merchandises stored on the floors of each aisles of the store. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize water and rodent droppings on the floor. Relocate merchandises to provide >15cm from the floor. Violation Score: 15

Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CC5QX6 conducted. Closure order remains in effect. Professional pest control company contracted. Observed traps, metal wool to block entry ways, etc. Continue to work with the pest control company. Retain a copy of pest reports for review. Adhere to their recommendations. General sanitation improved. Items that are not required for day to day operation has been removed. Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
