Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot dog and red bean buns labelled "Keep Refrigerated" were stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure manufacturer's storage instructions are followed to prevent potential growth of pathogens and/or the formation of toxins. Buns were relocated at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Produce area walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Store area wall coolers were at 4C.
-Store wall freezers were at -18C.
-Bank freezers ranged from -9C to -24C.
-Cut melons were stored at 4C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm. Sink plugs present.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Cutting surfaces sanitized after each use.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
